Nova, our AI assistant
Nova AI assistant is an AI, not a person. When you chat, send a voice note or talk to Nova live:
- Your messages are processed by trusted AI service providers to generate Nova's replies. Under their terms your data is not used to train their models; they may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only.
- Audio is never recorded or stored by us. Voice notes are transcribed and discarded; live voice is processed in real time.
- We keep a text transcript of the conversation for up to 90 days so the team can review it and follow up, then delete it.
- Please don't share sensitive information (health, financial or ID details) in the chat.
When you share your details
If you choose to share your name, business, email or WhatsApp number (only after ticking the consent box), we store them with a short AI-written summary of your conversation to contact you about your enquiry. We keep them for up to 12 months after our last contact. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
What else we collect
- No tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics trackers.
- A short-lived, strictly necessary session cookie is set only when you use Nova, so the chat can remember the conversation and apply fair-use limits.
- Your colour-theme choice is stored in your browser only.
- To prevent abuse we keep short-lived counters keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address; raw IP addresses are not stored in our records.
Legal basis and processors
We process conversations to respond to your enquiry (steps before a contract / legitimate interest) and contact details on the basis of your consent. Our processors are trusted AI service providers (to generate Nova's replies), our cloud hosting provider and our email provider, some of them based in the USA. Transfers outside your country rely on the providers' data processing terms and standard safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@novaaiventures.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK, your EU supervisory authority, or the KVKK Authority in Türkiye).
Children
This site and Nova are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
