Growth and Pro include online bookings with automatic SMS and email confirmations. We warn you at 80% of a monthly allowance. At 100%, AI chat switches to a message form and voice switches to text until the next month, unless you add optional overage (chat $10 per 1,000, voice $0.25 per minute; off by default).
