Your domain, the text and photos you gave us, the copy we wrote for you, and your client list and request history. The images and videos we create for your website belong to you: keep and use them, including if you leave. We keep the platform (design system, templates, code and AI setup), which you use while you're subscribed.

Your site stays up to the end of the month you paid for, and you get a free export of your content: text, images, and your customers and requests as spreadsheets (CSV). Your site and client data are deleted within 30 days (sooner if you ask); billing records are kept as the law requires. Your domain is never touched.

Yes: a one-time buyout ($199) gets you a full working copy of the site files. The website files work on any host. The Nova AI assistant and dashboard aren't included; the contact form needs connecting to a form service on your new host, and we send step-by-step instructions (hands-on migration help can be quoted). The images and videos we create for your website belong to you: keep and use them, including if you leave. Just ask us.

Small edits every month: Basic 4, Growth 10, Pro 30. Text, photo swaps, prices, hours and contact details, a new portfolio item, testimonial or FAQ. Usually done within 2 business days (Pro: usually the same business day). New pages, new sections or features, redesigns and rebranding are quoted first. Ask Nova in your dashboard ("Request a change"); every request is tracked.

Yes, chat or voice, any time, in your dashboard. Your contact form keeps working.

It answers only from your website's content, and we change it on request and test it again. It never commits prices or makes promises on your behalf, never claims credentials you don't have, and books only through your booking system when it's switched on.

It's stored securely and never sold; it's shared only with the service providers needed to run your site (AI, payments, hosting, email). We don't store voice recordings, only text transcripts. You can delete any conversation or customer.

You pay the one-time setup fee when you sign up. Your plan starts when your site goes live, or 7 days after you pay, whichever comes first, unless we agree a later date.

No. Optional extras only: pay-as-you-go above your monthly allowance (off unless you switch it on; the extra charges are capped at 2× your plan price, e.g. Basic $79: at most $158 extra, so at most $237 a month in total) and your own domain's renewal. At the AI limit, chat and voice pause politely and the contact form keeps working: no surprise charges.

Your plan price is locked for the first 12 months. After that, we give 60 days' notice of any change. Usage rates (pay-as-you-go) aren't part of the lock.

Not yet. Voice works on your website (visitors tap and talk); it doesn't answer your business phone number.
